Convenient online access to all of your account information can be a real help for those who are responsible for maintaining the church's financial records. At United Methodist Connectional FCU, Home Banking is a free service and allows authorized users to manage account activity and initiate transactions through a secure Web Site. You can:

VISA Debit Card
Using our VISA Debit card combines the economy of a checking account with the convenience and versatility of a credit card. You can easily pay for purchases or obtain cash, drawing directly from your church's checking account, using your United Methodist Connectional FCU's Debit card. There are no monthly fees or annual fees for this service (ATM charges may apply for out of network terminals).

Overdraft Protection for Ministry Checking Accounts
Overdraft protection is available on your church checking account using your church savings account. You can avoid the expense and inconvenience of overdrafts with Overdraft Protection from United Methodist Connectional FCU.

Share/Savings Accounts
If you're looking for earnings and flexibility, our Share/Savings Account is a great place to deposit funds. This account gives the freedom to make additional deposits and make withdrawals at any time with no fees or penalties. You will receive quarterly dividends on this account and you can use it as an Overdraft Protection option for your Ministry Checking Account.

Money Market Accounts
Money Market Accounts combine higher yields with the safety of a savings account. Dividend rates are typically higher than on the share/savings account and you can make up to six withdrawals monthly without paying any fees or penalties. Dividends are paid monthly and you can use it as an Overdraft option for your ministry checking account.

Share Certificates of Deposit
When you are looking for safety of principal and higher earnings for your church funds than in a regular share/savings account, Share Certificates of Deposit are the answer. You can open a share certificate of deposit with as little as $1,000 and terms are available from 3 months to 5 years. If your church should need that money before the maturity date, we will waive any penalty for early withdrawal.
